You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, so a simple change of mind or a sizing issue both qualify.
Free return shipping on change-of-mind & sizing returns. For these returns we do not charge a return shipping fee — we provide a free prepaid return label at no cost to you.

- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- All tags must still be attached.
Non-Eligible Items
- Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.

We send a free prepaid return label within 1 business day — download and print it.
Pack the item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags attached.
Drop it off
Drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location using the prepaid label.
Get your refund
After we inspect the item, your refund is processed within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method — your PayPal balance or the original credit/debit card used at checkout.
Shipping Fee Policy
The original $4.95 shipping fee is non-refundable, except when an item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Defective or wrong items: If your order arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover everything — you receive a full refund including the original shipping fee, or a free replacement.
Order cancellation
Because every item is printed to order, an order can only be cancelled before production begins. To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible with your order number.
- If production has not started, we cancel your order and issue a full refund.
- If production has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may still use our 30-day return process once it arrives.
